LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
As a small business, we unfortunately cannot replace any lost or stolen items as it would make a big impact on our store. We are not held responsible for any items that aren't received due to being lost in transit or stolen. If you have problem with your order not arriving please contact shipping company.

Please allow 1-3 Business days for orders to be processed and packed. NOT including weekends/holidays
THELUXEFASHION is NOT responsible for any items sent to an incorrect shipping address that is provided by the customer. Please ensure that your address is correct to ensure it be sent to the correct place.
If you realize you input the incorrect address please contact theluxefshn@gmail.com IMMEDIATELY to give the correct shipping address. This MUST be done before the order is packaged. You have aprox. 1-2 Business days to contact THELUXEFASHION to resolve this matter.
Reminder we are not held responsible for items sent to an address that was incorrectly provided.
Tracking Orders
Once orders have been shipped you will receive a tracking number to the email provided. Please give shipping carrier at least 24 hours to update their tracking status
